A booked first year in a 300-venue market.

ElopeWe · Miami FL · Alfred F.

A Japanese koi sanctuary garden dropped into one of the most saturated wedding markets in the country. The original “elopements only” positioning turned away the couples who wanted a full wedding. Year one closed at 107 five-star reviews and 32 paid weddings.

THE BEFORE

The market was telling us elopements only — but the demand showing up wanted everything from intimate to extravagant.

Alfred F. · engagement week 4
Brand-new venue. Zero review history. Zero name recognition. Dropped into a market with ~300 established competitors. The “elopements only” positioning was rejecting 70% of the demand.

We rewrote the positioning around what the demand actually wanted.

Spotted the positioning problem in the first month of ad data. Rewrote the asset library around “intimate elopements to extravagant weddings” (a line Alfred coined himself on a strategy call). Built the inquiry-to-tour system from scratch. Stage 1 to Stage 3 inside Year 1.

THE VOICE

I’ve heard this repeatedly: “Oh, my God. I can’t believe I found you guys.”
